Intro

Wild Ones: Native Plants, Natural Landscapes . . . promotes environmentally sound landscaping practices to preserve biodiversity through the preservation, restoration, and establishment of native plant communities.

Our Wild Ones Appalachian Highlands chapter is dedicated to educating and advocating for biodiversity in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia including Johnson City, TN; Kingsport, TN; and Bristol, TN/VA.  We offer a variety of programs, plant swaps, wildflower walks, garden tours, and special events throughout the year that teach and demonstrate sustainable landscaping practices using plants that are native to our region.  We invite you to attend our programs and to become a member!
